God the Father
This entire site is
about Jesus. It is even called Jesus Explained. I have had a growing
feeling of uneasiness lately, and tonight I know what the problem is! Many
visitors to this site might just get the impression that Jesus Christ is the one Supreme
Being in true Christianity. God the Father is the
ruling Supreme Being. If it wasn't for God the Father, Jesus would not
have a world to rule, there would be no people to save, the earth would still
be empty, void and without form, In fact, there wouldn't even be a Jesus. Why? Because God fathered Jesus in the eternal worlds, just as he did every living human soul. God the Father then commanded and authorized Jesus
to create the earth and see to that it was populated. The Father also told Jesus to give commandments to its inhabitants, to atone for their sins, and to judge
them for their actions. 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is
given unto me in heaven and in earth. (Matthew 28:18) Jesus was the
Firstborn spirit child of the Father before the world was formed. This gave Jesus
the birth-right, but the beneficiary can never inherit more than the testator signs
away, so even if the Father signs away everything, he could never testate his
own fatherhood to Jesus. Jesus will for ever and ever be the Son. This is all
his heart desires. 13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down
from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. (John 3:13) 29 For
whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of
his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. (Romans 8:29) (Jesus could not be both firstborn and only begotten in the flesh.
Since we know he was the Only Begotten Son in mortality, the
"Firstborn" must refer to the birth of his spirit body before the
world was). The heart of the
Father and the heart of Jesus beat like One. There is not one iota
of a desire in the heart of God that is not completely assimilated by the Son.
Likewise, there is not one iota of a desire in the Son which is straying from
the perfect desire of his father. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might
be sanctified through the truth. 20 Neither pray I for these alone, but
for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I
in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou
hast sent me. (Jesus and the Father are obviously NOT one (as in a trinity)
since Jesus prays that his followers should be one as Jesus and the Father is
one. How is that? Of one mind! Of one heart! Of one desire! Of one purpose!) It was never the
Father's desire that conformed after the will of the son. It was
always the will of the Son which conformed after the will of the Father.
Always! There is no doubt that Jesus is dependent on the Father, and so are we. There is no doubt that
Jesus worships the Father, and so do we! Jesus teaches us to
pray unto his Father, and not at any time did he ask man to pray to him! 23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I
say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it
you. (John 16:23) Jesus Explained
proclaims the worship of the Father. But since the concept
of the Son is so widely misunderstood this site will continue to focus on Jesus
Christ. So, when you read admiration for Jesus on this site, understand that a
magnified adoration of the Father is the automatic result. The more you come to
love Jesus, it is our deepest desire that you will seek to glorify the Father
who gave us Jesus. And remember this wonderful passage of scripture, and seek
to apply it to its fullest extent: 19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say
unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do:
for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. (John 5:19)
